Pastor J.P. Fuller was born and raised in West Texas. When he was 16, he was invited by friends to a United Pentecostal Church. It was there he received the Holy Ghost and was baptized in Jesus' name!
He joined the US Marine Corps and moved to the East Coast, where he met his future wife, Jennifer, a student at East Carolina University.
When he felt his call to the ministry, he began as director of the Bus Ministry and eventually became a Youth Pastor. He served as an Assistant Pastor for 4 years. He has enjoyed participating in all types of ministries, including Prison, Nursing Home, Sunday School/Children's Church, Music Ministry and Evangelism. He is a 2001 graduate of the Texas Bible College ExCell program. He currently teaches a class in the Bible College program at a satellite location in Raleigh.
Pastor Fuller felt the Lord's call to start a United Pentecostal Church in Apex, NC and they began services at Salem Elementary in 2006, then moved into their current location in 2008. Pastor and Sister Fuller have two children, Jackson and Taryn.
